The focus of the orientation will be effective classroom management and teaching strategies. Content will benefit new graduate teaching assistants, as well as for those who are returning to their GTA role. Everyone should leave the orientation with practical knowledge and strategies to apply to their first few weeks in the classroom or laboratories, as well as an understanding of the resources and services that CETL can provide throughout the year.
